Based on the concepts of “ageing in place” and “continuum of care”, we provide professional care and services for the elderly so that they may continue living in the community for as long as possible.

Our Centre-Based Services include daycare service, transportation and escorting to appointments. Our Home-Based Services include rehabilitation and nursing care while our Home Support Services include onsite carer training, home risk assessments and meal deliveries.

With the regularisation of the "Community Care Service Voucher Scheme for the Elderly" on 1 September 2023, our centre will continue to provide professional services for the elderly in need. Moreover, the centre launched the paid services since November 2023, allowing service users to purchase additional day care or home-based services based on their needs and financial situation.
